First off, I must say that I have never seen such a beautiful, full-color, full-picture recipe book! I was expecting more "text" than anything else when I opened the pages of this book, only to find beautiful pages full of pictures of ingredients needed, what the juice/smoothie looks like when complete, and what each recipe is good for. I don't know about you, but this is a huge plus for me!! Many ingredients are not things I am very familiar with, so to show me what I am looking for makes it much easier for me to want to try it.
This book goes through it all, from the differences in blenders and juicers, to juice detoxes, to recipes broken down by type (smoothie or juice) and also by what they are good for. There are 66 easy to follow recipes to try within this small book. I am intrigued about detoxing, juicing, drinking greens, etc. So, I found this book very helpful, but not at all overwhelming, as I look to begin my journey to a healthier year.
I would recommend this book to anyone looking to begin their smoothie/juice journey or for anyone looking for new recipes for their greens/smoothies/juices. It's beautifully done from start to finish.
